What do you do to run faster?
What do you do to run faster? One of my favorite things is start off my daily runs sprinting and then if I come to a hill sprint up it. Sometime I will just sprint between every other telephone pole.

Great run, I was not cold at all. Felt good the entire way kept up a good pace taking large steps. I think that as I fatigue my steps get smaller. I don’t think I ever thought about that before.
